Andrew Metcalfe is the principal of Accosec Consultants
Andrew is an experienced professional providing consulting
services in the area
of Company Secretarial, Corporate Administration and
Governance. Andrew is company secretary for a number of ASX listed entities and
public companies as well as chief financial officer for some of these
companies.
Andrew is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Chartered
Secretaries and
holds
a Graduate Diploma in Applied Corporate Governance.
Andrew is also actively involved with the Victorian Branch of the Institute of
Chartered Secretaries as a member of the Professional Development Committee,
presenting Minutes & Meetings courses and Corporate Governance training
courses on behalf of the Institute.
Andrew commenced his career with Coopers & Lybrand, Melbourne;
was based in London for six years working for British Gas, Cable & Wireless
and Swiss Bank Corporation and on return to Australia was appointed Company
Secretary and Financial Controller for a small listed mining group before
joining a firm as corporate manager of a number of public and small cap ASX
listed companies.
In February 2005 Andrew establish Accosec Consultants as a
specialist company secretarial consultancy practice to ASX listed and
public companies.
