Privacy
The Privacy Act provides a number of safeguards in respect of the collection, storage and use of company and personal information.

Accosec recognises how important the privacy of company and personal information is to a client and its shareholders. Accosec will therefore seek, at all times, to ensure that the personal information collected and held by us is protected from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.

Security
All Accosec personnel are encouraged to perform regular data backups during the day and offsite storage of data is carried out weekly.

High-level virus protection, particularly from incoming emails, is continuous. All incoming emails are virus scanned before they are opened.

All Accosec’s IT systems are externally monitored by a professional IT company.

With these procedures in place, Accosec’s IT systems and data are secure to minimise the effect of any interruptions to clients, due to unforseen circumstances.
